Right of withdrawal

Does an article not meet your expectations? Too bad, but that can happen of course. If you want to return one or more items from your order, this is no problem.

🌸 You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Orders for flowers and plants excepted.

🌸 After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your order. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

🌸 Only the costs and risk of shipping are for your own account in the event of a return. Lost shipments will not be refunded without proof of shipment with track & trace code.

🌸 The shipping costs are approximately €6.95 per package, consult the carrier's website for the exact rates.

🌸 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the online store with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

🌸 To exercise this right, please contact us at duinroos@duinroos.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return - provided the product has been returned in good order.

🌸 Please note that Duinroos will only process returns if they are returned in their original condition, including labels and packaging, and with all accessories supplied.

🌸 If the returned product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, this depreciation of the product can be passed on to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
