Ordering flowers from our website is really easy. Just follow these four steps:
Step 1. Choose a bouquet
You can find all the beautiful bouquets of super-fresh flowers here. Take a look around, get inspired and choose your favourite bouquet! Having trouble choosing? Then take a look at our menu. Here we have selected the most beautiful bouquets for you, for example to congratulate someone or to wish them a speedy recovery.
Step 2. Add a bouquet to your cart
Have you found a beautiful bouquet? Click on the bouquet to go to the order page. Choose the size of the bouquet, the card you want to add, the delivery date and if you want a vase. Don't forget to add a personal message to the card and click the button to add the bouquet to your shopping cart.
Step 3. Enter delivery address and details
Then click on Checkout and enter all the details on the checkout page: the delivery address, your own details and your payment option. If necessary, you can also enter a discount or gift voucher code, which will be processed automatically.
Step 4. Payment
Once you have entered all your details, click the 'Check Order' button at the bottom of the page to double-check everything. Is all the information correct? Then press 'Pay' and follow your payment provider's instructions. Did everything go well? You will automatically receive a confirmation email. Thank you very much!
You can arrange for your bouquet to be delivered any day of the week except Sundays and public holidays. We deliver flowers six days a week: Monday to Saturday.
If you order in time, it is possible! On working days, Monday to Friday, you can have your bouquet delivered the same day if you order before 14:00. On Saturdays we can also deliver on the same day if you place your order before 12:00. On Sundays and public holidays our florists take a day off and no deliveries are made.
It costs EUR 6.95 to have a bouquet delivered. The price is the same throughout the Netherlands and the delivery person always comes with a smile!
As many as possible as shown in the picture with the bouquet. Please remember that flowers are a purely natural product and our florists only work with auction-fresh flowers that are available at the time. As a result, each bouquet is truly unique and may vary slightly from what you see in the product image. The image shown with the bouquet is always the 'medium' variant of the bouquet. Small bouquets are - yes - slightly smaller, while large bouquets are even richer and fuller than in the image.
Definitely! With us you can create your own personal B2B ordering environment. Super handy because you can fully personalise it with cards with your logo, for example. Of course, you can also order a Business Bouquet via our standard webshop. Simply enter your company name as the sender and use your business account to pay. You can then enter the invoice into your accounting system.

We believe it is very important for our customers to be responsible with alcoholic beverages. This means that we do not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 and we do not supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. We check this in two ways. Firstly, when you order alcohol, you must confirm that both you and the recipient are 18 or over. You can lie about this, but remember that it is a criminal offence. We also always check the age of the recipient when we deliver a bouquet of flowers.
Delivery of bouquets
You can have flowers delivered throughout the Netherlands via our website. And via bloemen.duinroos.nl, even all over the world! We can deliver your bouquet to any address, including private addresses, companies and public buildings. We also deliver flowers to the large Wadden Islands, i.e. Texel, Terschelling and Ameland.
Of course! Would you like a bouquet delivered to a non residential address? Please indicate this in the comments section of your order and we will take this into account when calculating delivery times. And always indicate exactly where in the building our delivery person should be. For example, if you are in a hospital, give the department and room number so that our delivery person does not have to search the whole hospital.
And to avoid disappointments: keep in mind that you are not allowed to have flowers delivered to some hospital departments. Do you have any doubts about this? Please contact the hospital first to be sure!
You can have your bouquet delivered any day of the week except Sundays and public holidays. But there is one exception: on Mother's Day we deliver on Sunday! We deliver flowers six days a week: Monday to Saturday.
Unfortunately, you cannot choose your own delivery time. It is possible to choose the day of delivery. For example, you can now schedule a delivery for next Thursday. The bouquet will be delivered on that day between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
This is also possible! On this page you will find our special range that can be delivered to more than 140 countries. We work with over 40,000 florists worldwide! Sending a bouquet abroad is just as easy as sending a bouquet in the Netherlands. Just enter the recipient's address and phone number and we will make sure the bouquet is delivered. In many cases this can even be done the same day!

Want to keep things exciting and not let the recipient know who the sender is? Send your flowers anonymously! This is very easy because we never share your information with anyone unless you include your name on the card. So what do you have to do to send flowers anonymously? Simple: do not mention your name on the accompanying card!
Personally and with a smile! All bouquets are delivered fresh from the auction, with flowers purchased at the auction that morning. The bouquet is carefully wrapped in beautiful, sustainable packaging to make it look super festive. We always include a small folder with the bouquet containing the best care tips, details of our local florist and special flower food.
The best part, of course, is when the recipient opens the door to receive the flowers. But you can't expect everyone to be at home all day to receive flowers! Fortunately, this is not necessary with our delivery service. What if the recipient is not at home when our delivery person arrives? We deliver the bouquet to the neighbours and leave a card in the recipient's letterbox with the address where the bouquet can be picked up. What if there isn't a single neighbour at home? The bouquet will be returned to the local florist for collection.
Of course! Once the bouquet has been delivered, the courier will notify us and we will send you a confirmation email. Have you still not received confirmation? Please remember that the bouquet may be delivered until the end of the afternoon and it may take a while for the confirmation to arrive in your mailbox. Have you not received confirmation by the next morning? Please check your spam folder to be sure and contact us. We will be happy to look into it with you!
Yes, no problem! We also deliver flowers to the large Wadden islands of Texel, Terschelling and Ameland. Unfortunately, delivery to the other Wadden islands is not possible. On Texel, as in the rest of the Netherlands, you can have your flowers delivered from Monday to Saturday. On Terschelling and Ameland it is a little different, because we are dependent on the freight boat, which only sails on weekday mornings. As a result, we cannot deliver to these islands over the weekend. Please also note that orders for Terschelling and Ameland cannot be delivered the same day (but can be delivered the next day).
Warranty and returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our bouquets are not returnable. You cannot return a bouquet to us or to the local florist. It is of course possible to return gifts, gift vouchers, silk bouquets and accessories purchased from us free of charge. This can be done within 14 days of receipt and without giving any reason. We will ensure that your money is credited to your original payment account within 14 days of registering a return, subject to us receiving the item from you.
7 day freshness guarantee! This means that we guarantee that the bouquet will look beautiful in the vase for seven days, provided of course that you take good care of it. See our care tips here. Are you disappointed with the quality of the bouquet? Then we want to hear from you. Send us an email with your details and some photos that clearly show that the flowers are not good. We will immediately send you a better bouquet and find out what went wrong with the previous one so that we can continue to improve.
Payment
We offer the following payment methods:
- iDeal. Trusted online payment through your own banking environment.
- Credit Card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Maestro.
- Sofort. With Sofort, you can pay securely from almost anywhere in Europe through your own banking environment.
- Klarna. With Klarna you can pay immediately, in instalments or later, at no extra cost.
- Bancontact. From Belgium you can pay safely and securely with Bancontact.
- Gift voucher. Received a Duinroos Gift Voucher? Enter the code when ordering and pay with your gift voucher!
Once you have successfully ordered and paid for your bouquet, we will always send you an invoice by email to the email address you have provided.
Of course! As well as VAT, you can also deduct the cost of the bouquet and delivery as a business gift. If you are ordering for a business, make sure you enter your company name at the checkout. We will then automatically transfer the invoice to your company name so that you can process it immediately in your administration.
Of course you have! Have you received a Duinroos Gift Card? If so, you will find a code in the 'Discount Code or Gift Card' section that you can enter when placing your order. Once you have entered the code, the value of the gift voucher will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your order. Is there money left on the gift voucher? If so, you can use it on your next order. Is the total amount greater than the amount on the Gift Voucher? You can pay for it using one of our other payment methods.
Sustainability
We do our best to ensure that the bouquet you order from us has the least possible negative impact on the environment, climate and society. To prove that our efforts are not in vain, we have been awarded the gold quality label of the Barometer Sustainable Florist. This means that we are one of the most sustainable florists in the Netherlands, and we are proud of it! And because we want to stay that way, we try to make a difference in the following areas:
- Purchasing more sustainable flowers: at least 50% are grown in a sustainable way.
- Packaging material: as little plastic foil, elastic and no wax, glitter or lacquer products as possible.
- Cleaning products: As sustainable as possible and always without chlorine.
- Waste is always separated.
- Transport: as much electric as possible and, if possible, by bicycle.
Like us, all the local florists we work with meet the requirements of the Sustainable Florist Quality Mark. This label is administered by Stichting Milieukeur (SMK) and issued by SGS, which means it is completely independent. To ensure that all florists meet the sustainability requirements, regular inspections are carried out at the flower shops. Everything is checked, from the origin of the flowers to the packaging, from the cleaning products to the delivery vehicle.
The bouquets delivered by our own florist in Beverwijk are the most sustainable bouquets you can find: at least 50% of the flowers we buy ourselves are sustainably certified, i.e. Organic, On the way to PlanetProof, MPS or Max Havelaar/Fair Trade. Is the bouquet delivered by one of our florists? Then the percentage of sustainable flowers depends on the sustainability level of the florist. In any case, at least 15% of the flowers and plants will be sustainably grown.
Duinroos Gift Card
Your Duinroos Gift Card is valid for 5 years from date of purchase.
Have you placed an order and still have money left on your gift card? If so, you can use the remaining amount on your gift voucher towards your next order. Not sure how much money you have left? You can always contact us. Just give us the number on the voucher and we will tell you how much money is left on your voucher.
A Duinroos Gift Card can be used online or in our beautiful shop in Beverwijk. You can spend it on our entire range: fresh auction flowers, beautiful plants, unique home accessories, silk flowers and plants and much more!
Our gift cards are available in values from EUR 25 to EUR 150. Because you receive the gift voucher digitally by email or collect it from our store, you only pay for the amount you give.
You will receive the gift voucher you have ordered digitally by e-mail. Will you buy it in our store in Beverwijk? You will receive a physical copy. Would you like to order online but still prefer a physical receipt? Please indicate this in the comments during the checkout process. We will then ensure that you receive a physical gift certificate.
Duinroos greeting cards
A greeting card is a small card that we send to the lucky recipient along with the bouquet. The cheerful card not only makes the beautifully wrapped arrangement extra festive, but also gives you the opportunity to add a personal message, poem or simply your name to the bouquet!
A beautiful (wrapped) bouquet is not complete without a personal message. With our own Fleurop Greeting Cards we provide an attractive card with each bouquet. We offer a wide range of different designs for different occasions, including business.
You can choose from a variety of designs for the front of your greeting card. Whether you want to say congratulations, get well soon or just let someone know you care, there is always a design to suit. There are also plenty of options for business occasions. And do you have a personal business ordering environment? Then you can even design the card yourself, for example with your logo.
Our greeting cards are A7 in size and printed in landscape format. In other words: 10.5 x 7.4 cm.
Adding a greeting card costs EUR 1.60 per card. This price includes text, a beautiful gold envelope and VAT!
Yes, this is possible. Simply do not select a card when placing your order. We will then send the bouquet without a card. Please note that without a card, the recipient will not know who the sender is as we never share your information with the recipient without permission.
Of course! We put it in a beautiful gold envelope to make the bouquet look extra festive. As an added bonus, the text on the card is not visible to the delivery person or anyone else. This also protects your privacy.
